I had an idea. To make Slash more well known. The guy is just damn awesome, after all. So about a week ago I decided to make a presentation. The basic idea and materials didn't take long; then I brought the idea to my English teacher as it's perfect between careers and addiction topics, blending into both. And there! She agreed and I was pretty much ready to give the class a mind-blowing 45 minute Slash presentation/gig.

Indeed. The main selling point was Guitar Hero. Actually, Frets On Fire. The whole thing started with Welcome To The Jungle; I got a shiny 150 000 points on medium just to show the whole idea and present the general topic of Guns N' Roses. Then I proceeded to show them what made him pick up the guitar, letting Andrzej shred as Joe Perry, playing the first track of Aerosmith's Rocks. Let's admit it: He sucked, but not too hard. Proceeding further, Matiz got to play Sweet Child o' Mine. He didn't get very far so I had to finish it instead, giving more information of the guitarist. Then we went all the way to Velvet Revolver and Schultz got his chance to give Slither a try, succeeding. We didn't finish the GH3 guitar battle, but anyway - everyone was quite impressed (That and the fact I actually gave truckloads of actual information on Slash, they just didn't listen). And hell, that sure was fun.
